As well as training courses for the use of PEPCo™ modules, SBT also offers special training courses:

- "Preventing risks resulting from careless behavior in a professional environment": This training course allows to make participants working in a high risk environment aware of these risks (Logistics, Industry, Building and Public Works sector...). They therefore represent a means of prevention and sensitization as to the risks arising from the human factor and especially from limited processing skills. This training can more specifically address the attention mechanisms involved when driving a vehicle.

- "Memory and learning strategies": Training course allowing to optimize the use of individual memorization skills with effective suggested methods.

Traditionally, assessing a person in a working situation merely involves assessing "job-related skills" and behavior.
Job-related tasks, however, require elementary cognitive skills (memory, language, logical reasoning, attention or
visuospatial skills).

Based on this, SBT develops software modules which assess adequacy and adaptation of the required cognitive skills for a specific type of post. SBT also offers generic modules allowing to quickly draw up a cognitive profile.
