* ScientificBrainTraining PRO

The www.scientificbraintrainingpro.com website offers cognitive remediation programs dedicated to healthcare professionals. It is available in English, in German and in French and offers the very best of SBT's know-how. Its programs address such conditions as schizophrenia, depression, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Traumatic Brain Injury, Alzheimer's Disease, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Stroke, Speech and Learning Disabilities, and Chemo Fog. Scientific Brain Training PRO also offers "Aging Well", a preventative and occupational therapy program.

* CREALangage Version 4.0

This software package is suitable for children from age 5 on and for adults and teenagers. It is dedicated to rehabilitation and remediation specialists as a screening and training tool against dyslexias or difficulties with written language. CréaLangage is an excellent progral both in terms of possibilities and contents. The four modules are divided into four main themes: Learning to read, From phonemes to syllables, Written language, Grammar / Verbs.

The program gives a total of 60 objectives to reach, with over 3,000 items to study.

* PRESCO Rehabilitation Program

PRESCO is an open way of using Scientific Brain Training PRO exercises to treat a wide variety of conditions with associated cognitive impairments, including Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, ADD, and learning disabilities. The program is suitable for any age and allows professionals, such as speech therapists and neuro-psychologists to precisely adapt to patients' specific needs. These top of the range products offer a wide variety of themes that can be adapted according to the patient's age. Clinicians can manage hundreds of patients in one single program. With the Archive module the clinician can record, view, and analyze all patient results.

* Software for speech therapists: "Lire avec Furi™"

"Lire avec Furi™", or "Reading with Furi" in English, was developed by Créasoft and comprises 4-CDRoms. It is complete, serious, and very easy to use. Its 76 units mainly focus on letters and syllables of the French language and allow children to discover or rediscover a letter, a syllable or a grammatical aspect, or to strengthen reading mechanisms, to challenge their critical thinking skills, and offer a different method to learn to read. The program comprises 2,000 pictures with sounds and over 600 exercises that are directly accessible. They can also be printed: The software licence with printing option allows to print all 600 exercises like ready-to-use educational index cards and  prepare workshops.

The program is currently only available in French.

* Specialized software tools

These custom-built programs are aimed at research laboratories and for instance designed for the cognitive remediation of alcoholic patients (2002, CNRS, French National Center for Scientific Research - Hôpital de Moulins) or schizophrenic patients (2006, Lausanne University Hospital).

ReCoS™ - COgnitive Remediation for Schizophrenia or Associated Disorders

The ReCoS™ was developed in partnership with Dr. Pascal Vianin at Psychiatry Departement of Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (DP-CHUV) in Lausanne, Switzerland. Its aims is to remediate the cognitive deficits of patients suffering from schizophrenia and associated disorders. To meet the goals of this program therapists will need to be trained and refer to a manual. ReCoS™ was designed for medical staff such as psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and occupational therapists involved in the cognitive remediation process of patients suffering from schizophrenia or an associated disorder.
ReCoS™ assesses and trains five cognitive functions: reasoning, visual and spatial memory and attention, verbal memory, working memory, and selective attention. As well as its computer exercises, the program also offers paper-pen exercises  for each training module.

ReCoD – Partnership with La Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris, France.

SBT has also been collaborating with a unit of the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM) from La Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris, France, through a CIFRE grant (French government issued scholarship for a joint research project between a PhD student, a university research department, and a private company). The objective was to conduct an experimental program on a computer-assisted remediation of cognitive functions for depressive patients  and Alzheimer's Disease patients. Assisted by a clinician, this therapy aims at helping the patient, to define in how far the clinician can interact with the patient, for instance in terms of the user interface, and how he will be able influence the patient's motivation to continue his treatment.
The aim of this program is to set up and administer an innovative distance-treatment method. This requires a healthcare professional to monitor the patient in real-time, that is to say to give advice in oder to put together a practical manual dedicated to clinicians treating depressive patients and Alzheimer's Disease patients.
